When you use Accor Serrvices Eyecare Vouchers it saves you time, it’s easy and it’s cost-effective:

Decide how many Eyecare Vouchers your organisation needs and make a single payment or regular payment
You can order our voucher booklets by phone or online

We’ll then send you the vouchers within five working days of receiving your payment
With the the vouchers we will also send you communicaton materials - giving staff all the information they need
Give each employee who qualifies an Eye examination voucher – you could put one in each new employee’s welcome pack
The employee uses the voucher to pay for a full eye examination
If the employee needs glasses specifically for VDU work, you’re legally obliged to provide them with a Spectacles voucher
Give the employee a Spectacles voucher to cover the cost
If the employee wants a more expensive pair of frames or lenses than the vouchers cover, they can still use the vouchers and make up the difference
The optician then redeems the Eyecare Vouchers

How much are Eyecare Vouchers worth?

We give Spectacle vouchers in denominations of £55, £75 and £10. The £10 top-up vouchers can be used to cover special prescriptions, while the £75 vouchers can be used for bifocal or varifocal lenses.
